Texas Original products include gummies, oral syringes, tinctures, chocolates and beverages. Smokable flower is not permitted under Texas law. However, medical vaporization products will soon be available once approved by the DSHS.
Yes. All Texas Original products are cultivated, manufactured and distributed entirely within Texas. We are proud to set the standards for quality, safety and compliance in the Texas medical cannabis program.
Our tinctures are formulated with clean, simple ingredients and are sugar-free, gluten-free, dye-free and vegan. We use natural flavors in almost all of our tinctures, with the exception of our Cherry and Sweet Dreams varieties, which contain a minimal amount of artificial flavoring. Our gummies and beverages are vegan, gluten-free and free from artificial dyes or flavors. Our oral syringes contain only one to two simple ingredients, and are sugar-free, gluten-free, dye-free and vegan. Our chocolate bites are made with premium 70% cacao and are free of dyes, gluten and artificial flavors.
We accept debit, ACH, AeroPay, cash and checks. Debit and ACH are preferred.
Purchase limits are determined by your prescription and program guidelines, not a fixed statewide amount.
Yes. Registered caregivers may purchase and receive medical cannabis for the patient, as long as the physician has added the caregiver to the patient’s prescription.
Yes. Texas Original provides free statewide delivery through in-house drivers with a $200 minimum order requirement. Patients who live within 10 miles of a pickup location are ineligible for delivery because we reserve home deliveries for those who cannot leave their homes or drive. If you live within 10 miles of a location and need a delivery, call us at 512-614-0343 to find out if you qualify for a home delivery! TXOG reward points can be applied to delivery orders.
When traveling in Texas, we recommend keeping your prescription information with you. It’s important to remember that cannabis-based medicine is still a federally illegal substance, so we do not recommend traveling out of state with your medicine.
We offer various discounts, including a 20% discount on your first order.* Patients also earn points for purchases completed through TXOG Rewards. First responders and veterans receive a discount of 20% off every order with a proper ID.
